I'm like ok if they now that well there going to hit U. I'm wondering if anyone T had a letter like that. my old T didn't have anything like that to read

Are you saying the letter said "If a patient hits T, T can't sue because of mental illness?"

That is crazy. My T does not take patients she thinks are dangerous. But still, I would think they would be able to sue if they got hurt.

That letter makes it seem like it is ok to hit T. Screwy.

wondering if anyone T had them to read letter like this

I had to sign a services agreement related to HIPAA once, like year 7 of my 9 years into therapy wondering if anyone T had them to read letter like this I didn't read it or anything, there may be some State or professional organization requirement sort of thing where you live? Mine was only 2-3 pages I think.

Very interesting article about assault of therapists; you might see why the therapist wouldn't be able to sue due to psychiatric reasons:

maybe it means that the client cant sue the therapist after the therapist returns fire so to speak

maybe this is why I could never be a therapist....if the client ever hit me.....id make sure that appendage he/she used to hit me was permanately disabled....
