I pay completely out of pocket each month - 4 x per week at $150 a session - then my insurance company reimburses me 50% of their UC&R rate. He doesn't accept any insurance whatsoever.

But, I am now switching insurance so my yearly maximum out of pocket will be $2000 plus a $500 deductible. The new carrier will pay 80% and once I meet my coinsurance maximum then all I have to do is pay the different between the UC&R (which I think is about $137.50) and his fee which is $150.
