Therapy with my sweet emdr t monday we talked about the grief and 9. Nine wrote tons though i am not did 9 is very seperate. 9 cried it was ok. 9 started writing to the t small things at home and she wrote how the night of the rape in the hospital she needed to be held until she felt safe and the physical pain eased. That was the night 9 became seperate and stopped growing. That pain tonight made my stomach cramp and i had to take the pills. This is hard to say.

I feel you are so brave for coming out and saying what you're experiencing. I am glad you had a productive session and are on the road to healing, as painful as that is.....I hope I get to that step someday.

Whenever a younger part can tell T something, T tells me that is is so wonderful that they are finally finding their voice...and he is right. I'm glad 9 is finding her voice.

Be gentle with you, sweet minime!

(((((((((((((MINIME)))))))))))))

how courageous for 9 to have been able to speak up with T.......
it IS unsettling and disturbing when a wall comes down.......
maybe you can offer 9 comfort........
the tearing down of the walls that maintain the fortress is soo hard,
but so necessary for healing..........
we hear you and we care.....
sending comforing, claming peaceful thoughts to help you thru the storms,

It sounds like you really had a breakthrough with your t today. It is very brave of you to trust your t enough to let them interact with 9. It sounds like your t is very kind and truly wants to get to know 9 and help heal the pain inside. I'm so glad the wall came down. It's a good thing, even though it can be so scary.
