This Happens alot to me, I had such wonderful things in my life and not having them there is very hard.How do you learn to cope When you dont know why it all happened to begin with.Im all alone with no one to talk to.

I know it is not the same to talk to people here. Nevertheless, we are here.

Sometimes its hard to look back at how rich your life once was. But im sure that you have other good things in your life now. Try to focus only on the positive. Forget about the past. Its already behind you so look forward to your future. Dont try to understand why, just learn from whatever happened. If you truly have no one to talk to, maybe you should find a therapist that could help, if you do not have one already. It may not be the same as hearing someones voice but we are here for you if you need us. Find support wherever it may lurk. You are not alone while you are here.

Thank you Poison Ivy 81, Its a long story,but I cannot look back, or forget the past because this is a dear friend who is part of my future.Hes having a tough time now and its not his fault really , but has kinda pushed me and others away , but i know he needs us,and we want to be there for him. I have good things in my life but he is a big part of that, so him not around,is hard to handle. I really cant talk to a therapist,I wish though,so I like coming here,I really love talking to you guys because Im so sad these days.
