It is very easy to read, you could get through it in a few hours if you wanted to. It had so much great information and it actually helped me understand the "master manipulator" aka "the invalidator". The title of the book " Nasty People: How to Stop Being Hurt By Them Without Becoming One of Them
by Jay Carter (Author) (Hardcover - 1989) I bought it at B.Dalton book store and I believe I paid $7.99. I bought it in paperback though. Anyway, a must read. Let me know what you think.
