I got in an arguement with my boyfriend when i thought he had a fling on the side with a girl. We managed to resolve it, but he brought up a valid point; i have trouble trusting him, and...anyone else. I'm not sure why this is. I genuinely want to trust people, but i always feel like people are conspiring to hurt me. I'm sure other people experience this. What I'm looking for is a way to fix this and learn to trust people. Any advice.

What is your dx? I know as a Borderline, these are feeling we have to deal with everyday and there is nothing we can do about it... kinda like a paranoia that the whole world is out to get us.. no one truly cares about us they just want to love and leave us.. we're not worth it..We can't trust ANYONE!! Now I KNOW this is BS but I (BPD's in general) seriouly cannot help but feel this way, and it HURTS so bad!! I'm sorry you feel like this too.. ((((HUGS))))
