I've been talking to this guy for about a month and we've been on 2 dates so far. We had actually met on a online dating site. Well our second date was last Saturday, the 13th and ever since then I haven't heard from the guy. I've tried calling him a couple of times and still no return calls. Already we've called each other at the same time everyday because we know each other's schedule and all of sudden I don't hear from the guy. I don't want to over-react but what the heck!? I'm giving it until the end of this weekend and if I don't hear from the guy then I suppose he's just not that into me and I could simply shrug my shoulders and say "So whose next in line!?"

Hi Jenn,
It sounds like you liked this guy otherwise you wouldn't be worried about it.
I hope he just got busy and plans to make contact with you soon-don't call him again, though.
You can shrug your shoulders now and have a date lined up with someone else by the weekend. Try not to put all your eggs into one basket. Sitting around worrying about him isn't going to make you feel good about yourself.
I hope things work out for you. What are the signs that someone is simply just not into you?

Too soon to tell if he is or is not into you and this relationship.... most guys like to take it slow and do not like it when the female is the aggressor right off the back - not that you are, but in his eyes (the male way of seeing things) your constant calling may have him scared that you want more than he is willing (or) able to give right now.
AND - then again I could be so far off base and he has just been busy - for it has only been 4 days and most of them are working days.... breathe and give it some more time - another week.

LoVe,

It's possible something came up, but it does sound like he's avoiding you. Most guys who are interested but busy, though, would give a call, if for no other reason than to let you know.

Why limit yourself to one guy? Date others and, if one peaks your interest, see him more often, and if it's working out, see if he wants to be exclusive (if he doesn't ask you first).
