Hello again everyone.
Probably no-one remembers me. I suppose its been a couple of years since I've posted. Everyone was so supportive and welcoming when I came here for the first time. I imagined that I'd instantly receive lots of support and helpful information when I returned. However, that doesn't seem to have happened this time. Perhaps this is because as I've mentioned I haven't been around for a while and I'm now a stranger to everyone. So I thought that I would say Hi again and try to start anew. Just so that everyone knows I've been diagnosed with most most titles here from Bi-Polar through to anxiety and depression. However I'm struggling with the depression and anxiety more acutely at the moment.

Welcome back goggles.
I am sorry that you are struggling so much right now. We never know with these things but I sincerely hope your struggle is short lived. Take care.

Hi Goggles, although I don't remember you I can very much relate to all the depression and anxiety. I, too, am experiencing an increase in both areas right now.
