im not really sure what my goal is with this thread, but i'd like to get it out. these are usually insults that you would reserve only for your worst enemy, not your own flesh and blood. that's what makes them even more horrible to me. i will censor them for the sake of PC, since they have a no swearing policy. here they are

kill yourself you ****ing ****!
stupid ***** *****
stupid ***** ****
i hope i make you kill yourself.
shut the **** up
****ing loser
i hope you kill ****ing yourself
****ing pig
autistic ****
fat cow
fat ***** *****
****ing pig
fat pig!
****!

these viscous insults are usually used among myself, my sister, my mother, and sometimes my grandmother. the C word seems to be a favorite. it's completely sick, no family should ever say these things to each other. i wrote these down on a piece of paper and i plan on bringing it with me to my next therapy appointment. has anyone else ever dealt with this sort of thing? i need help

Hi Chaisty ~ I'm glad you Posted, These are AWFUL! You poor thing.
No one should have to put up with this kind of abuse.

And yes, this IS abuse. This is verbal abuse as well as emotional abuse. I'm so glad you're in therapy. I hope that therapy is doing you some good because without it, I would bet you'd be in prretty bad shape.

Yes, please take that list with you to theerapy. I notice that this post is quite old, and I'd like to know what happened when you DID take the note to your therapist. What did he/she say/think?

I hope you keep posting here and venting because we willl be here for you. I know it wasn't a good indication the last time you posted cause no one answered, but I'll be looking for your next post, ok? God bless and please take care! Hugs, Lee

Hi Chaisty.

I agree...those are absolutely brutal. I think you're making a wise decision in bringing this to your therapist. Those are awful things to say...and I consider myself to have a bit of a foul mouth IRL. :/ That's just...over the top in its cruelty.

I do hope your therapist is able to help you in this, and of course, we are all here for you. I wish you my very best, and I hope I was of some help.

Hugs,
Harley

Oh, yeah, I had to deal with it, and FAILED miserably! I fell apart at the names my son in law continually called me...his favorite was the 'c' word.
When he thought he was being clever, he called me 'Sharpei'...that's a wrinkled ol' *****...
My daughter stands by him, even after physical abuse and said I made it up. Unless you're ready to walk away from all your family, get used to it. They won't change, they don't have to.

Once or twice I told my mother that her life belongs to me because she would have killed herself had I not stopped her. But this is usually a last ditch attempt to end an argument or get her off my back.
