I have a son (who lives with me)..is 27 and has renal failure. I don't know how to help him take his medications like hes supposed to. He is on dialysis and if he doesn't get this right they won't transplant him.

At the age of 27 I rather doubt that you can make him do any thing that he does not want to.... Is his not taking the medicine needed to save his life got any thing to do with him not wanting to take them or has it got to do with him forgetting?
If it is from him forgetting then do what I do with my husband I lay the daily meds out where he will see them in the morning (before he goes to work) and he takes them.... and all with out me having to always remind him.

LoVe,
Rhapsody - He doesn't take his medication.
