I would have to convince the doctor I need a weed card, which is hard to do in AZ. That and my job frowns upon drug use. Like "getting fired" kind of frown. Lastly, in the wonderful state of AZ, having that in your system from even 2 weeks ago, is considered a DUI, or so I'm told at least.

That is clearly an awful state of affairs.

Well... try Elavil.

Remember, antidepressants are OPTIONAL. But sleep medicine is a must if you cannot sleep on your own.

I'll look into it. Tho I see myself abusing a prescription. I should just go and talk to a psychotherapist already.

You can only abuse Elavil if you are bipolar. Are you?

That, I'm totally unsure of. I want to say no, but a few signs point to yes.

I'm going to have to jump through a number hoops first. Like pass my probation period, get insurance, see a doc.

And you do not need a psychiatrist. A GP can prescribe Elavil

I would still wish to see one, just to see what load of crap this one is going tell me. My last one got paid thousands to simply tell me that my disorder was bluntly put, "you are afraid of change." Really? That is what I'm paying you for? To tell me a common issue in %80 of Americans? I have a better self-diagnoses then this whack-job with an PhD. Then again. Maybe the next one will actually have some insight. But if not I'll always come back to this site.

You said you tried a bit on online match-matchmaking. How about those 10-min date marathons--you get an impression of someone? With Intel and all the research labs and universities in Tempe/Phoenix, they've gotta be lots of gal techie-types.
I've spent a lot of time in that area. Met lots of women who weren't looking for typical men. But they were looking.

Just a thought.

Those are two interrelated yet separate issues. Do not wait for two monts to be seen by a psychiatrist. See a GP next week to start solving the sleep problem. Later on, see a p-#oc. The magic of sleep is that once you solve the sleep problem, other problems resolve by themselves.

@ Roadie. I actually thought that was only something you see on the television cuz it seems awkward sort of. I wouldn't mind getting out and freaking a few people out. haha Where would you find events like that anyways? I've never heard anything type of "dating services" here in this area, but I'm sure they are out there. Everything is out here. Even skydiving.

@ Hamster. You are going to have to catch me up with all this therapist lingo and acronyms. GP (Generap purpose?), p-#oc?, T? Anyways he said I had a "disorder" of not liking change which was a lot worse then everybody's day to day not liking changes. Which I still don't believe. My life changes rather frequently and one day I'm going to be flying overseas to trying tons of different things. His prognosis was overpaid. Or should I say "diagnosis".. I just woke up too. Lol Had me a little nap.
