to break the very bad habit of Jerry today. I know beyond of a shadow of doubt that I can't get what I want or need from him, but the temptation to call him is bringing me to tears!!!!!

No, Lee Ann. He doesn't have the capacity for love. I should have listened to him 33 yrs ago. He told me.
He's what a bottle of booze is to an alcoholic for me. You think you need it but it only makes it worse if you do. I'm feeling this way because of all the crap that going on in my 3D life as well as here. It's a childhood trigger, you might say. Didn't get the emotional support then and never have... I'll be okay as soon as something, no matter how small, changes. Thanks, Hon!

OY! No he wasn't! He was more emotionally and verbally abusive than anything! Especially in the last few monts.
The urge is going away, now, I think. Besides... my baby just called me!  He just wanted to be reminded of the location of a street we both know so well, but he couldn't remember exactly where it is. I came closer than he did!  He promised to talk to me SOON.

Yeah... Most of the time I don't miss him. In fact, I feel so much better now that he's gone, but sometimes.... EEESH!

He's more than your "bottle of booze," he's your razor blade or lit cigarette too. Try and think of it that way and fight against falling off the wagon or relapsing. I know you can do it, you know you can do it. You know why you can't do it right now, but you've got us as your lifeline. I told B. last night that he's touched more than just me since we've met. It's rippled out to include at least four people I know of personally, maybe more that I'm unaware of.

Understand your roller coaster ride. Feeling it myself right now. I guess I want to scream but it won't do anygood as well. It hurts to wait till the past is the past and the future is bright. Can't say what will happen but can't just sit and wait for is to come. Wish life weren't so ..........Anyway hope I can work through it as well without loosing myself.
