everytime something goes wrong I always seem to get blamed for it. it could be my fault could be his or both. last night a cheque book went missing. he had it last and he says he left it on table and that I took it. I don't remember seeing it. he called me a liar which I didn't appreciate. still can't find it. I'm tired of being blamed for everything. not sure how much longer I can stay with him

Same thing here... He got mad at me for misplacing his bills and mail. But then when I don't organize them for him, he gets mad I don't clean. This was a year ago, and it got worse for us. I'm doing counseling right now, we live separately but we're beginning to rekindle our relationship. He seems anxious and stressed, but it isn't an excuse to be disrespectful. Find a calm time to ask to sit down and tell him how you're feeling and offer to listen as well

I walked on eggshells before with my ex. It was a horrible experience, my heart goes out to you.
Thanks for this!

The Verbally Abusive Relationship by Patricia Evans saved my life; I feel it should be required reading for everyone on the planet.

Name calling is absolutely NOT OK, in any relationship. In order to constructively solve problems, one must describe the behavior, not characterize the person by calling him/her names.

Name calling does NOT help, only hurts feelings.

We got into a huge fight last night. His anger and aggression has increased since his meds got changed. Needless to say my fish tank was damaged (me accidently) and he got pissed off when he couldn't catch the fish and flushed them. All because of a stupid router problem. Not sure how much more I can take. I keep things so internalized. He said last night all we do is fight since September and he is done. I just wish he would get stabilized. He is pushing away our best friends. Still in tears in bed. Can't deal
