(I also posted this in depression, and one of the replies told me to post this here as well)

I feel so lost, and empty. I've lost absolutely everything I care about. I'm for certain I'm about to lose the girl who I love dearly and if I lose her then I'm done. I will not survive, i once had depression about 4 years ago and I'm beginning to feel it creep back into my life only x100 worse.

I'm scared of what I will become if I lose her, I don't have any friends anymore, nobody loves me, my phone is dry, it's like if I disappeared completely nobody would know or care. I just want to be loved, I'm not a bad person, I just want to know someone loves me. I feel so hurt and empty, somebody please help me. I dot wanna lose myself. I'm so lonely and I have nothing to look forward to anymore.

Life sucks, I just wanna be happy, I haven't had that in such a long time, genuine happiness, I keep pushing the girl I love away by crying out for help, I need your support badly, I'm scared of what's gonna happen to me, really really scared. I just need some support, stability and friends. I miss feeling loved, I really do. I just wanna be happy again. Everything feels so dark. Please help me.

What is making you think that you may lose the girl you love?

"If you want to soar, you must first learn to F.L.Y. (First Love Yourself)."

I put that in my signature because of how true it is. You must learn to love yourself first and foremost, then everything will fall into place.

Also, if you truly feel unsafe, as in you feel you might SI or worse, perhaps calling one of those helpful hotline numbers in this handy link might help: https://psychcentral.com/lib/common-...phone-numbers/

Please be safe, and take care of yourself.

If the girl you love is a person who loves you back, she won't leave even though you're going through rough times. If she really loves you, she'll love you unconditionally (meaning pure love towards you, doesn't mean you can treat that person without considering her feelings! cuz that's what a lot of people think "unconditional love" is)

You need to trust her and put trust in that relationship. You're scared you're going to lose everything, but what if you'll gain everything ? You seem to go through a bad case of depression and if you seek help professionally now, it will get better, I promise. You seem to be scared of abandonment and this too can be addressed with a therapist, psychiatrist. Showing the girl you love you're doing everything you can to fix your situation is a proof of love, too !
