I dont know if this is a trigger or not but I posted that it was just in case, How many of you have been called psyco by your ex, They tell there new girl friend you were psyco and all there friends, When in reality they were psyco, Especially if you were in a abusive relationship

I've had one that did that. He hit me and I knew I couldn't take him in a fair fight. He went to sleep and I conked him in the head with a bat. A mild concussion and a few stitches later we had an understanding. Don't hit me and I won't hit you but after we broke up he told everyone that would listen what a(and I quote) "crazy demented *****" I was. Tells people that I hit him because I'm bipolar and was off my nut.

Gosh I kind of know how that feels. I have named myself crazy because I don't know how to deal with anger I would scream and go ballistic and want to hurt myself. Knowing that my partner was triggering all this. Always ends up blaming me for everything. Carry on as if nothing happens. In an abusive relationship it's really tough especially in a emotionally abusive relationship because it affects you psychologically and you never really know what is happening and where you stand. You can't really stop anyone from spreading rumours about you and rather if you can't deal with it remove yourself from their life. If that person can't recognise that they need to see a psychologist about why they do it then it's a hopeless case. Try and get away from it all or you will make yourself sick.
