Feeling kinda down this morning. I have a lot to do and very little energy- it probably doesn't help that I'm sick- not terribly, but my head is congested and I've got a slight fever.
I'm dealing with the fact that I have some pretty good evidence that I've been the subject of gossip in the small town I live in. There has even been some harassment. I'm trying to decide if I should just keep ignoring it, or if I need to find some way to put a stop to it. I've been keeping a record of blatant harassment. I want to get my taxes done, I want to get a project for school done, and I want to do some writing. I'm just feeling overwhelmed right now.

I hope you feel better and make some progress towards your goals today. I'm also looking at what I need to do today and feeling overwhelmed because I can't do it all and don't know what to postpone.
The harassment sounds awful. |

I'm off to do an interview for an intern position that I need to graduate.

I thought the interview went pretty well. I should know by next week whether or not they'll offer me a position. They made it sound like they probably would.

I think it's the uncertainties in life that bother me the most.
I have been stressed in the past, and tried a little too hard, and then made it worse. And I have not tried hard enough, and made the situation worse. Perhaps I really do overthink things. There is something to be said for just paying attention to gut feelings.

I'm about 99% done with our taxes. All I have to do is print out the forms and mail them in.

I got my taxes in on time. And I've completed all the classes necessary for a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. Unfortunately, I never did find an internship. So, no degree yet.
Now I'm stressed about my finances. Things are tight now, and in November, I'll have to start paying back my student loans, a payment equivalent to our current house payment. I think the reality is that I will need to find a different job. If I could find a m.e. job, we would be set. I kinda hate to shut down my business... maybe I could continue to work out of my house. But, I'd also like to start writing. Where to find the time? Goals: Find a solution to money issues, and/or find m.e. job, and/or shut down business and move to house Write articles- get published

Well it looks like I've found an intern position to fill that part of my requirement by my b.s. degree. And I'm going to be applying to graduate school. I'd like to get my masters degree in philosophy.
