I would see a nutritionist. I studied nutrition in school and was a professional dancer and I never saw any healthy diet recommend eating BELOW 1200 calories a day. The case is probably that you need to eat 1200 calories a day and then work out so you can have a deficit.

Regarding what you eat, it's YOUR choice. I see a lot of blame on him, but ultimately, unless he's forcibly shoving it down your throat, you need to take responsibility for what goes in your mouth.

State your boundaries with him. It seems like you're just going with whatever his lifestyle is and not respecting what your values are.

I wrote that what I eat is MY choice. I AM taking responsibility. Why are you being harsh?? I am NOT wholly blaming him, but he doesn’t encourage me when I say it’s important to me. He encourages me to eat junk food when he knows I want to lose weight. I’ve also said I have little will power, which is on ME to resolve. I’ve already written this so I shouldn’t have to repeat myself.
