Great grandmother died in psych ward at 43 from an ice bath. My mother's entire family was sick and I followed in their footsteps. My genes are horrible.
There is no such thing as help in healthcare system and I proved it last 40 years. No one listened to me and just stared at me when I was incapacitated every time I was admitted to hospitals. I had seven nervous breakdowns in early 90s and went to best hospital in the country and all the psychologist did every time was stare at me and didn't say a word.
I don't like complaining. All l wanted was a regular life and I tried real hard but it never happened. I've had enough of this.

I am so sorry for what happened to your great grand-mother and happened to you. It is all so heartbreaking. Wish I knew what to say. My heart goes out to you!!!

I'm sorry to hear of this. I agree with you 50/50. There's a lot of people in the healthcare system who don't belong, and some who do. Some care and some don't.
