Omg, please stay the hell away from that rude creep! He sounds unhinged & he’s probably a narcissist too.

Don’t be polite. Be very assertive & loudly tell him to go away, leave you alone & to never ever talk to you again or you’ll call the police & file a restraining order for stalking & harassing you!

Talk to the landlord. Document everything. Get a security camera. Avoid the areas he lingers around. Check your mail very early in the morning or when he’s at work.

Walk in the opposite direction if you see him. Do not talk to him period. He already thinks you’re rude already.

Tell him to **** off loudly. If you see people around, then go talk to them & warn them about him. He’s crazy. If you see a neighbor there, try being near them so that he’ll be less likely to approach you or attack you.

Buy pepper spray & take self defense classes. Leave a bat by your door & get secure locks & a surveillance camera roo.

He sounds like a stalker. You might need to move out soon if things don’t change.

If you can't get a dog then recording them barking is good idea. There used to be a soft toy (dog type) available that contained a motion sensor. Every time someone came within its range, it would start barking. Loud enough to be considered a good deterrent....
He was out front with the neighbours yesterday and today when I was out. Which is nothing serious. He hasn’t followed me to the places I go which is great.

He was walking around the building today and startled my cat, and she nearly got away from me.

I had to yell at him to ****ing stand still so I could get my cat.

We’re clashing for sure.

I unfortunately have a nagging concern that management told him I said something. I thought I overheard him tell my crackhead neighbour that I called the police Information line.

Well if they did tell him, it worked & served the purpose of keeping him away from you. Sure wouldn't worry about that
