My husband of almost 23 years and I have lived separately from each other for the past 2 yrs. I really have a lot of issues with having trust in him. And, he continues to fill the role of being a trust buster. He isn't so controlling anymore, nor is he any longer physically abusive either. I stay married to him for various reasons. I know it makes me look like a moron ......LOL!!!! but he has a few things that I cannot get for myself. Such as money!!!!! (alimony wouldn't be of enough help to me and I'm disabled and can't work.
I was just wondering what kids of "trust busters" others have and how they cope with it? Sweet ![]() "It's never too late to be what you might have been". George Eliot

Can you collect Disability? My brother has for years, even gets paid prescriptions and other stuff. I think you'd need to check with your county, and/or state.
Just a thought ![]() "darkeyes"

I already am on permanent disability. After 2 yrs medicare will kick in. I don't get much from SSdisability. In the years whenI could have been a working mother....my kids had a huge amount of needs...especialy my daughter with her being so mentally impaired. What I did for 6 & 1/2 yrs was to deliver a local newspaper to 400 customers 7 days @wk...356 days@yr. I was "self-employed...so no money went into SS. After that I was a church secretary for 6 & 1/2 yrs. I worked part time and was able to be home when my kids needed me. The job offered a lot of flexibility so it worked well. The newspaper delivery...when I look back on it...I honestly don't know how I did it...crazy...I guess.....but I was able to se my kids off to school..get my route done...then be home when they arrived home. There are things I wish I had done differently....but then I guess we all have our regrets.
Looking for a brighter future now ![]() Sweet "It's never too late to be what you might have been". George Eliot

Hey, I think it is great that you put your children first
![]() I applaud you sweetngentle, when I was a teacher aide I saw so many kids that's parents especially their moms just did not have their priorities in right order (my personal opinion), I did this part time on a volunteer basis as a barter for my son's tuition, so I too could be home when he was home, and that I don't regret, I do regret not going to college right after I had graduated high school, instead I wanted to work ($) not realizing without the "degree" I'd be making the same time salary the rest of my life, at 30 I finally got pregnant, and my husband and I were to happy parents of a son ![]() Take care, "darkeyes"
