Some of you may know that my marriage had been rocky as of late. I really thought we were close to over because I thought change for the better was impossible. Now I have hope for the future, (hence the name change), hope for positive change, hope for my marriage.
My husband did a miraculous job of helping me to see life for the better. He has changed for the better when I really thought it was impossible. It is like newlyweds all over, He makes me feel loved, special, wanted, heard and validated. I wish every marriage in trouble could experience the turn around that mine has, all I can say is try to never give up hope Linda

my husband and I are really trying to work on ours like that now. it is difficult though because my brother lives with us. he actually is suppose to be in our cabin in the back of the property but alas he stays in the main house every night. errrrrrrrr
I am so happy you have renewed your love and devotion. gives me and others hope as well. thank you for sharing.

I've come to the realization that our men have bad times just as much as we do. And they deserve the benefit of the doubt and understanding too. Having those " talks" with them can be the ice breaker if you let it be. And for me and my husband... the things I do, and try so hard to keep up with is showing him how hard I am trying. And now he is realizing that if I cant do something one day.. its not cause I dont want to. Its cause I am in pain one way or another. I have no idea how long this will last.. but for now.. I am thrilled with his understanding of me and me of him. IT FINNALLY FEELS LIKE A PARTNERSHIP.
Hope.. I am so happy for you that you decided to stick it out. I think it takes alot of courage and perseverance to do that. Good Luck to you and Giraffeboy.. I am so very proud of you both!

sometimes we have to do far more good things to erase the one bad thing we might have done in an other's mind, I am sure youwill be recongnised for your efforts. If someone like me can see the light there is hopw for others.

It's wonderful to hear someone talking about theirhappy marriage. I'm in one too, finally. After a 20 year bad one. (women try to fix things) A wonderful spouse is the ultimate gift
