You need to believe that you can go on. It's a huge disappointment and shock. You need to take really good care of yourself right now. Get your rest and eat healthy. You can't see it now, but you can survive. We'll be here for you whenever you need to talk. It will get better; you just need time.

For a while you live hour to hour or day to day...and try to keep the negative thoughts out. Once you can do that, then try to insert positive thoughts, like it must not have supposed to be, there must be someone better for me that I will find... or even find the negative that was with the old bf and realize he wasn't perfect. How can he be perfect for you anyway, he couldn't even stick with you and support you? You wouldn't have wanted to be treated that way once married either would you!

PLEASE HELP!!! I know it's tough. It happens all the time. You can get through this. PLEASE HELP!!!

I think sky hit the nail on the head...right now it's minute to minute as they move into hours. Pretty soon, unbelievably, it's hour to hour as they turn into days. After that, it really does begin to hurt less...truly.

Just remember, though it may not feel it will get better, it will. Please keep telling yourself that.

Walk slowly and carry a big stick right now, hon.
