im scared of what ill do. hes the only thing thats keeping me going and when hes slipped away completely ill have nothing its supposed to be the cowards way out right? takes a lot of balls to pull the trigger. to swallow the pill. to tie the noose i cant i dont know without him how i can keep going |

![]() But you CAN keep going. Don't think about next week, or tomarrow, focus on right now. Get through the moment, move onto the next, and so forth. Try very hard not to focus on what you don't have, and instead keep your eye on what you do have. As the pain slowly eases, focus on short-term future goals for yourself. In my experience, the pain waxes and wanes. There are incredibly tough times, and (thankfully!) others that aren't too crazy in comparison. ![]() Shez |
