my ultimate goal is to have cosmetic surgery so i can feel worthy of a man... and so i can feel good about my body so i can feel confident naked.

i think $30,000 should cover all the things i need to have done.
and i AM accepting donations.... maybe i should solicit donations for this on the web.... i know Howard Stern does these things for insecure chicks all the time on his show.

Accepting acorns in lieu of cash?

I'm sorry you're feeling down on your bod. But for the life of me, I don't get it. You are about as lovely as they come Jen.

Don't mistake the absence of one worthy of you for the idea that you are unworthy.

one of the procedures im getting done (when money comes) is to repair some damage left behind by sexual abuse that lasted most of my childhood....
i have a hard time with it and i want to make the visual reminders dissapear.
and my body has been ridiculed most my life by the abuser so much that i cant stand looking at myself naked.
so i just need it for myself, so i can feel comfortable in my own skin... only then can i go out confidently and get a man. (i know this info probably belongs in the abuse survivor forum but when i made the thread i didnt think id go into detail on my reasoning...)
but the self esteem totally interferes with relationships...
um, if the moderators wanna move this thread id be perfectly fine with that...
sometimes its just hard to know where these things go when they touch on so many issues.

Jen, I think it's great that you are working towards healing. That's what it seems to me that you are doing. The reasons you state are the same ones driving me to have my tatoos and scars removed. While our causes are different, our actions are the same. I totally understand and support you in this. And btw, you are stunning. Just thought I'd throw that in there. Much love.
