I choose love
I choose compassion
I choose understanding
I choose to embrace our similarities.

Today, I invite my God to be the God of circumstance.

Today I choose:

To know that someone is looking out for us
To bless those around me with my passion for life
To accept that while I cannot change someone's mine, I can influence them
To show love to those who feel alone in their struggles

I choose to care about others in need.

I will remain loyal to those I pledged support.
I will stay true to my beliefs.

Today I choose to smile
Today I choose to share my heart
and let others know they are worth while!

Today i choose kindness and understanding
we can never know what motivates others
we can choose to believe that all are growing
we can choose to be supportive of each other even when it seems self-defense is required
Today i will choose to defend all people, rather than only myself

Today i choose to keep in mind that i am not perfect myself
Today i choose hope for healing

I am a spiritual being...
I refuse to let what will rot

To keep moving...no matter how beaten down I feel.
To keep my head held high.....no matter how heavy it feels and wants to hang down.
To know that I am loved.....even if I don't quite feel it at the moment.
To continue to give support, love, appreciation, acceptance and compassion to everyone....including myself.
To continue my talks with my "higher power", asking for forgiveness and guidance along my path....................................

Today I choose--

To reach forward and not give in to thoughts that are beating me
To remember to say thank you for the many blessings I have
To continue to try to love the me I am and the smartness it took
----- for me to divide and survive as a child.
To continue to try new things that could improve my life.
To continue to reach out even when it is scary and hurts.
To reach to God for all my needs.
To support those whenever I can.
To move forward with hope, courage, and strength--knowing all
-----could be well in my future.
To love and give without expecting in return.

I will work to continue to understand the state of another.
I will desire to alleviate or reduce the suffering of another
I will show special kindness to those who suffer.
I will seeks to benefit others by reducing their suffering.
though my choosing of the best words and attitude I can.
I choose compassion.

Today I choose:

To stand up for myself when others invalidate me.
To take care of those I love--even if they're angry with me.
To learn from my dreams instead of fearing them.

Choosing singularity of purpose.

The integration of personality, of all the resources and faculties of our life, into a single purpose is the second great secret of success.

The handle of an axe has just one purpsoe: to transfer the force and momentum generated by the woodsman into the head of the axe, as it crashes into a length of timber.

Can you imagine a football team that has not intergrated its efforts toward the execution of a single play?

Singleness of purpose is a characteristic of every great life.

This one thing I do: I choose singularity of purpose.

Today I choose forgiveness.

Forgiveness for those who have hurt me.
Forgiveness for those who have harmed me with intent.
Forgiveness for those who have harmed me without intent.

Choosing freedom from guilt.

I will guard my thoughts today.
I will not allow the weight of the unfinished business
to keep me down.
I will realize that the best I can do,
IS the BEST I can do!
I will relax in the comfort of being whom I am,
and not allow what I cannot be to bother me.
