My mother in law also gets birds visiting. When she's feeling miserable or lonely they come right up and sit on her window sill looking in on her. She's living in an inner city, and she never feeds the birds, they just turn up. Her husband loved birds, and she feels when they look in he's looking in with them.

I think some things are signs- I dont think any manner of therapy is going to stop my brain processing things as signs..... I am not sure if that is bad or not but like Porcupine and Mgran has mentioned- birds showing up with people.... they have a meaning.

Maybe not everything is a sign- yes I will agree with that, but how can things not be coincidences or "It's how things work out" like, I dont believe in god- but yet there are just things not able to pull me away to say there are no such things as signs.....

My Therapist yes said things are not signs but yet things are from god for her, and that they happen for a reason on some level, like are those not signs- I get that she is a person that believes god has their plan and is doing things for people, but still they are signs, weather or not religious I think personally-= Not trying to get into a religious debate I am just saying are those signs as well?

Best wishes all----- I will try not get too gone with it, I am better these days with it but still... I dont think any amount of talking to me saying they are not signs, but yet things happen for a reason- my brain will process them as signs.
