Having trouble telling the difference between thoughts and actions. Like, did I do that, or did I just think that?
I've been having trouble ever since I went down--after consulting with my doctor--on my meds for OCD. I've been feeling rather obsessive and I'm so scared of everything. I can't tell if I did stuff or not. |

The real world is so unreal it's surreal.
It's only in fantasy land that there is any order I can trust - but even that has been compromised by interaction and overlapping with the real world to a ridiculous degree. What I thought was real is unreal - and what I thought was unreal is real. And none of it makes much sense either way. So now it's all become a hopeless mess - but I plod on, hoping it will all somehow become crystal clear. In the meantime I must learn to live with it and in spite of it.

I experience this too very often. I get a lot of deja vu, and I don't know sometimes whether I dreamed something or if it actually happened.

I havent tripped out on stuff like this in a long time. I had to just get out of my head. I dont even try to figure things out anymore. It is what it is. I'm far from hopeless though. Everything is clear. What was reality ended up being staged to look fake. I don't even have schizoaffective disorder. Thats what they decided to label me when I tried to explain actual events in my life. F.uck them. Hahaha anyway. GET OUT OF YOUR HEADS! Bye.

I was just telling my counselor about this a couple of hours ago. My dreams seem to be more realistic in the fall & when I have sinus issues. My mom was the same way.

I have a hard time knowing whether I said something or just thought it, so I'm often asking my husband, "Did I already say that?" I'd say about half the time I have, but I hate not being able to distinguish.
