my laptop was overtaken by a virus that microsoft had to fix and it took an hour and they wanted $99.99 for the fix. I'm thinking of not paying it so I can keep my broadband internet. What can they do but mail me a bill? Sue me? I live on SSDI so I don't think they could but maybe. I'll wait and see because they don't have my credit card or banking information. stressed. took a klonopin. Hoping to get some sleep tonight its been a stressful day. Hope you all are doing ok. Peace.

Unless you agreed to a terms and conditions paper about the repair, you are not obligated to fulfill any payment requirements. And even if you did, there isn't much they can do but put a black mark on your record with them.
