No, it's all true, the police know about it as well - they said it was really happening.

Yeah MK Ultra proved a lot of the things they are doing now.

Gang Stalking is getting watcherd and followed around by the government, police and just random people.
They do all kinds of things to get to the target and they get so many people involved in.

Oh my husband said you have'nt seen anything yet. Back during vietnam they were testing all kinds of soldiers with all kinds of different to things to see the effects of reactions on them and if you look in the sky those lines their called chemical trails and theier used to test different things on the public to see how they react so they know how to use them on different populations during the warfare so your not delusional just keep your eyes and ears open and mind open

Can you do something to take your mind off of it for a bit? I think you need a break from this, some type of distraction. It must be so overwhelming to feel like you need to be on guard all the time. While I am not a moderator on this board, I would please ask if you all keep comments supportive to the OP and her experiences.

We all have different issues/things going on and PsychCentral is a place where we all can support each other. I am sure that, while some of us may have differing opinions than others, we can all understand what it feels like to be validated in our own thoughts by those we consider our peers.

Lets stay supportive to the OP on this thread--we definitely want others to validate and support us on our threads--it doesn't always mean that we always have to agree--just that we understand.

I have heard of MK ultra and other government mind control experiments. I have known T's who treat it and people who were subjected to it in some form or another.
Everyone has their own take on it though and that's ok.

I didn't mean I was going to kill myself - just in case any one thought that.

I just they'll do something when I leave the house - I've stayed in 3 weeks so far and they still won't leave me alone.

I don't think it's afe to go outside - I have an appointment with my GP on Wednesday - so I have to go out then.

It's surprising how often that happens, isn't it? We don't really understand (or even believe) the other guy's experience until we've walked a mile in their shoes. Sometimes the worst things that happen to us are the things that help us grow the most in compassion and empathy.

Yeah you're right - no one really understands until it happens to them, or maybe someone they know.

I got an email back from the psychologist I used to see - so she's going to send an email to my doctor to let him know how I'm feeling.

Saw 1 of the sleeper cells at the doctors and later they read my thoughts - but nothing else happens. I guess it must not be time.

Just wondering how you know they read your thoughts.....did they say something to you that allowed you to KNOW that they knew what you were thinking or is that what you think they did?......for me, unless I talk with someone & they tell me what I am thinking, I have no way of really knowing that they are really able to read my thoughts.

Just wondering what it is that makes you KNOW this is what the person did. I would also hate to be a poor innocent person sitting in the Dr's office & have someone accuse me of reading their mind.

I know that when feeling this way that everyone feels like a danger & it's hard to know who you can trust.....but there really may be people out there who aren't involved & you think they are because you are so nervous about this. Stress & fear makes us question the safeness of everyone around us.

I am sorry that you are experiencing this. I know that when we feel that things are happening around us, we don't know really WHO is involved & who to trust.....but it's important to be careful as it becomes easier to believe that everyone around us is a danger when in reality....there are more safe people than our mind allows us to believe.

The woman at the doctors didn't read my mind - she just let me know they were watching, the cameras read my mind.

I know it happens because I can feel it later - my head feels all weird.

They have so many people involved - like an army of people - all the police are involved - maybe only a few that aren't - if any at all.
