It sounds like you're really scared right now, and scared people tend to do things they later wish they hadn't. Is there anyone in your real life that you trust enough to talk to about this? You need to reach out to that person.

I don't think you have to find someone who understands. You have to find someone you trust. Your folks? Your old psychologist? I think this is really important. You have to let someone know.

My ex psychologist has left now and I know it will start an arguements with my parents.

Only person is the nurse really - she came on Monday with the Dr and she was pissed, she was really harsh.
So not sure she'll even talk to me

I know the meds would make it worse though.

Just got to try and not let it happen, but its up to them really, I don't know if I really want to do it now, it was them wanting, but now I can't tell if its me that wants to do it.

Yeah I'm going to stay in over the weekend and maybe call the nurse on Tuesday if things still feel the same.

Hopefully she'll be in a better mood, it's her or the police and I trust her way more than the police.

Just don't want anything to happen before then.

You must be going through hell, because I remember when it happened to me.
There were 6 cops that lived on my street. I was so paranoid even though I did nothing wrong. These cops are armed to the hilt. I was scared enough having all those cops
on my street. But they all had guns. I was scared they would bring down the doors and rush in with all those guns. Some people would say"why don't you feel safer". I don't.....I fear for my life.

I always panic when I hear police cars or see them passing.

I'm still confused who to call - the nurse will still be angry and then she'll know I stopped my meds - and it was meds or hospital. She always says not to call her and tell her when she comes to mine.

If I call the police - my Dr said I'd go to hospital - not sure why that is, that might have been for different reasons though.

So looks like the police - I know they might try and set me up for something, but I'm going to print stuff about mind control etc - so they understand what I'm talking about, because it doesn't look like it's going to stop.

The mind control hasn't stopped, the TV show is telling me to be careful of the colour red - there is so much red everywhere.

It's inside everyone - the man with the red car - that has a red cone - that's a lot red - if I hurt him do I find something out?

It was red car with a black sleeper cell car right behind it, it was in the background. I knew it was for me.

The pieces all add up though, I haven't yet - was seeing how it went first.

I would tell someone anyway. I would tell them how scared you are and how you don't want to hurt anyone but you're feeling like you may have to if you can't get any help.

I believe your friend is wrong. Did she say why she believes you shouldn't call the police? Talk to your nurse in the morning and tell her what you've told us here. I don't want you to go to prison either.
