If you're in the US you are old enough to see your primary doctor without your parents knowing. There is a law called HIPAA, and it protects your privacy and allows you to see a doctor. If you go to your general doctor and tell them what is happening they can refer you to a psychiatrist. You can talk to your doctor about why you wouldn't want your parents to know.

School councelors you can talk to them but they are not always helpful. I never had a helpful school councelor. Not ever. But, a teacher once saved my life. I was going to go home and attempt suicide but something made me go back into the school. The teacher saw me and I was crying, and he stopped me and took me into the library and sat down with me and talked me down. I didn't even have any classes with him. And always after he would see me in the hall and ask me if I was doing okay.

But, I never really had help from anywhere, not friends or family or anyone. I started having suicidal ideation at 12 and I'm 33 now, so if I can make it, you can make it to.

Kureha, you're going to be okay. Just stay safe, okay. I hope your evaluation goes well. Have you shown your nurse that web site yet?
