Hey, I seem to be getting loads side effects too. But wish one of them was sleep! When I do manage some sleep its full of anxiety and bad dreams.

Having a hot bath, warm drink and listening to some mellow music used to help me sleep well. You could try that.

I know some medications make more dreams and really vivid ones. I think seroquil is one, but I don't remember if you're on that. My mother-in-law was on that for a long time and she would talk really loud in her sleep because the dreams were so vivid.

I only have Olanzapine. They stopped all my other meds because of side affects.

I cant sleep ,cos firstly I have to keep an eye on my dad. He isnt always too well and I just stay awake listeing if he might need help. But even when he is away, like gone to my brothers to visit, I still cant sleep. I made a new room up in the loft but away from the main house, because otherwise I keep mum and dad awake by walking around.

Everyone says I say 'no no no' in my dreams and then sit up. Maybe its a song.

Well, your body is also probably used to waking up to take care of your dad even when he's not home. I have a baby and the couple times I was away from him, my body still wakes me up at his normal bottle time. It's frustrating because it's a chance to sleep but my body clock makes sure I get up to take care of my baby!
