So after not venturing out at all for the last 4 weeks, my mum convinced me to go to the supermarket with her. She said it will be okay. At 2pm UK time its quiet and she said we would only be about 15 mins, which is about the max I can handle around people I dont know.

Soon as we got in car someone started following us. I know they did. Basically I told her and I started telling her to take a different route, but at each corner there was someone waiting to take over. I know the system and how they work. I kept my hood up in the shop but the security man told me its not allowed, I know why, he wanted them to get my face on CCTV. Why else! On way home I panicked and grabbed the wheel and we almost crashed. Mum started crying, now I just wanted to get home, this isnt on, I didnt even want to go out so why did she force me to go and I didnt even want anything.

Its all messed up , the bit about the car, and people following me and now know what I do at this time and then we came home a different way, but it took much longer and mum might have missed her doctors appointment.

Oh, I have an idea about your hood.

So, I used to wear this floppy fishermans hat, except it was an army one. Like, dark blue camo. When I was a teenager. It has a string, so I'd hang it around my neck. But I'd wear it and it doesn't fully cover your face, but it helps. Here's a picture of what I mean, except mine was blue (night camo).

No CCTv is closed circuit televesion isn't it? I thought so, maybe its chineese then, but I was told its what I said, because they use it to track us, and the UK has more cameras than any other country and they can track a car journey from one end of the country all the way to the other by CCTV.

Because I grabbed the wheel and told her to change direction and we almost crashed and made us maybe die or get injured. Maybe she just got scared. She is probalby fed up. Of me. I dont blame her. I have ruined her life. I am useless. Pathetic. She cant take me to a shop without me causing more upset and problems.

Just because you have something going on doesn't make you useless or pathetic or that your mom is fed up.

If you were my kid, I'd just be extremely worried and sad because I want my kids to be happy and not have to run around living in fear. I bet that's what your mom is feeling. She just wants you to be happy and feel safe.

Dark ,he said NO HATS OR HOODIES. I just wanted to keep my face as covered as much as possible. I dont like others looking at me thats when I hear them saying stuff to me and then I know with my hood my thoughts stay in my head and they cant hear me.

But maybe, it's like no one is allowed to wear a mask in the bank. Just in case it gets robbed. (Only robbers wear a mask into the bank anyway as far as I know....) So, maybe they just want no hats in case of a robber?

not sure, I didnt see him speak to anyone else, he came straight over to me, but he could have just been there waiting for me. People can build up a picture of where you go, what time, etc and then do whatever. Maybe he spoke to others not sure, could be.

yea it does mean that which makes you suspicious of cctv network in china cause doesnt seem ironic? we know it as survelliance cameras.

Very, but I dont usually watch stuff like that. I used to get extreme nighmares when I was really young. Well it seemed like nightmares to me, but now I know it was Him just trying to scare me and talk to me. Anyway I once watched a horror film and my sister used to scare me in the same way the woman from the film used to scare everyone. I can say that my sisters actions ruined my sleep for years and years, she was only young too and messing about, but thats why I dont watch horror stuff.
