Gee that sounds devastating! I'm so sorry

This is one hell of a lesson for my daughter! I hope and pray that this lesson will last a life time!

He can't build them. He just knows how to fix them when they get viruses and he knows how to maintain them by cleaning up the hard drive and stuff.

It's after 1pm here. I need to crawl myself up out of this dark bedroom and get out of this apartment for a while. I haven't even eaten anything yet today

Oh that's super helpful. You're lucky to have him to help you.

As far as work....
They know she is 19. They know she os a.graduating senior right?

I think they are just making her suffer to teach her a life lesson. If she is a good student and good employee, then she should be okay. Ya know

Yeah I really hope she doesn't receive criminal charges. That mother that was in there with her daughter is getting criminal charges. She should have stopped them. Why on earth she felt like it was okay to be her daughter's partner in crime is beyond me!

My daughter is an honor student. Never been in any trouble. Super good employee at her job too. This crap is so out of character for her. At 19 she cannot afford to be foolish!

Yes her job does know she graduates from high school on May 31st. She's in the work program at school to where she can get out early and be at work by 3pm.

I know it could be worse...she could be on drugs or be pregnant like a lot of girls are in her school....I am very thankful that she is neither if those.

I guess a part of me feels super guilty for not physically restraining her last night to keep her from walking out the door. I just knew in my gut some crap was going to go down.

Why feel guilty? She's responsible for her own choices. Not you.

That only works as long as you are physically there and as of next year I'm thinking you won't be----I remember something about moving etc. Anyway this horrible though it is whatever the outcome should hold her from trouble and chaos for the rest of her life. I have to agree with Punky that the principal etc----its their job to scare her. I just told this student I was training in that I would just throw out his reagents if I found them in the common areas of the lab again----not actually going to do that but he doesn't know that and I don't want him leaving stuff in everybody's way...

Of course I'm right.

Unfortunately it's not always possible to make things better for everyone involved.

Yeah I just got done talking to my youngest daughter. She had a face to face with the principal. It was just them two in the office. He told her that he was not going to fire the janitor. He said he found out that the other janitor that was there did call his supervisor and asked if it was okay to allow the kids inside the building. That supervisor said yes. No criminal charges will be filed on my daughter either but possibly on some of the other kids. Some of those boys broke into the main office and tried to change their grades in the computer! The cops didn't know that last night! Ugh!

I made my "trouble" daughter walk to work today. I always drive her. Not today. I'm still very upset with her. It's only a 3 block walk. Very close to home.

i was sleeping again. not that i was actually tired. i think ive been oversleeping.

ive been having a lot of anxiety lately. idk if its cuz i didnt have money for my xanax for about a week or so. so i couldnt take it. but i almost had a panic attack at the store yesterday. and had one when my dad was off from work and we were at the store then too. idk if that was some sort of withdrawal or something. anxiety is a trigger of my paranoia.
