Now about the eating...you've got to eat something. Not eating is not good as you know. Also if you don't eat good then your meds don't work right. You can also starve your brain! And that makes more problems. My oldest daughter learned all about that the month she spent in the eating disorder clinic.

I once tried the starvation thing netwus let me tell you a little secret,It never works because once you finally eat your body grabs on to those calories much faster, And you gain twice the weight back. The only way to diet without eating, Is to go on a 7 day juice and water diet. But you need to drink things like slim fast during that time or you'll get too hungry. Also chewing gum helps when you're hungry too because the effect of chewing makes you feel like you're eating something. But you should never stay on that longer than 7 days. I really don't recommend it.

Not eating is sadly not a sustainable system. You can't keep doing it forever, and weight you lose from starving yourself is mostly water weight that will come back when you start eating again. I was anorexic for a few years and got kicked out of school and sent to treatment, and I learned that by not eating, the starvation was making my brain chemistry change in such a way that it fed into the cycle - by not eating, the starvation was making me more critical of my body, more critical of my mistakes, more depressed. The further it went, the harder it was to get out of it.

The healthier ways really are better. I wouldn't want to see anyone get sick like that.

We should all just get Skype and make a group chat like any emergencies there would be an instant response.

Maybe you should try eating a few saltine crackers. That helps an upset stomach. Maybe just eating a little at a time would help until you're back on a regular meal schedule.

I saw this survival guy once on TV and he did something to prime his stomach when he hadn't eaten for days...he said he would throw up whatever he was eating if he didn't....
