Mine has just been increased because I was having 'breakthrough symptoms' because my body had got used to the dose so my stress threshold had dropped apparently. That's how my cpn explained it anyway

I see this one sometimes he will be looking at me from inside a dark room or he will be outside when I look out the window at night.I only ever see him from the head and shoulders because he hides behind things.he has no mouth.

I also see several shadow people and people that look perfectly normal but arent really there.I will try to draw as many of the things I see as I can but it will take some time.

I like how elyn saks describes her mind as 'fragmented'. I can relate to that. Like a vase that has been broken and put back together again, the cracks still show. I think psychosis gives you a cracked view of the world.

I celebrated my birthday in the hospital, 20 minutes before my birthday I was on the floor with my hands behind my back with the nurse and support workers knee on my back.
Then I got dragged to my room and then they were nice to me WTF
