Still no contact from my team. My suspicions are getting larger by the minute. I'm trying to get through my day but I can't shake off the feeling that something is very wrong right now. Something is going to happen and I don't have a clue what it is.

Wild you should talk to him/ her...it looks like those groups are more likely to get donations from stores etc so you know everything is OK that basically makes them more like food banks etc. I know some of the food banks around chicago do similar stuff where the primary issue for them is gas to go pick up food that's going to be throw out so they can create like 8 meals for every dollar of donation...really one of my favorite charities...

Let us know if you find out more...

It could be that or the reduction in seroquel which is sedating....probably a good time to ring the pdoc....

well i went to see my nurse to add in an extra seroquel. she said T has an article about Metformin and wants us to try it. she said metformin can also lower prolactin levels. when we meet pdoc on tuesday we will discuss it.

Wow I didn't know that...I always promote metformin for its weight loss benefits and now there are studies that suggest that it can prolong your life and other good stuff---kind of a super drug but I had no idea about the prolactin effect. The only thing is in some percentage of people it can cause diarrhea but other than that it's pretty great.

On the money front, I found a way to publish my poetry book as an e-book for free, so maybe people will buy it.

Also I'm in the middle of the first episode of Orange Is The New Black Season 2 and I like the new people so far.

I'm putting it together now. I chronicled one of my most tumultuous years by writing poetry, and I'm putting all the poetry together into an anthology titled "Pretty Good Year - A Bipolar Poetry Anthology". I'm going to self publish it as an ebook through lulu.com and maybe start a kickstarter to raise money to publish print copies. Last October while I was manic I wrote 20 hilarious limericks in 2 days so I might try and find a way to give a smaller ebook of those to people who donate.

My neighbor's dog does that too! Now that I'm home during the day I hear it. I just turn on the tv or the radio.

Last time I checked the school website to see if I could return an old textbook it said I could get $5 for it. I checked today and they gave me $28 for it. So now I have bus fare. I also found another $10 study. Maybe I can do this.

I'm on the 3rd episode of the second season of Orange is the New Black and they did a REALLY good job casting kids to play the flashback characters... the kid version of the adult actor is such a good match. Kid Crazy Eyes is adorable.
