Yeah I was just thinking it might not be good to see my brain I mean I'm already assessing tummy pudge on a day to day basis so it's not like I need be be all does that fold look overly pointed to you? Is that white thing supposed to be there? Um yeah maybe it's for the best...maybe if it was like one of those mission impossible things where the pics would self destruct after so many seconds so I couldn't obsess....I still want to see it though

Also just so you don't feel weird I had cerebellum damage at one point due to chicken pox I couldn't walk at all for like a month when I was 12.....had to happen over the summer too which was super lame but for a long time when I got a cold I would have issues standing because it was like there was some reactivating or something. It got better though but it could still happen because it's a type of virus that goes dormant and then reactivates as shingles later in life. I feel like some sort of time bomb between that and the psychosis.

Yeah I almost got one when I first went I to the hospital but I thought I might be pregnant due to psychic rape and made my own box and put maybe on the pregnancy part of the form so they didn't do it. Um yeah....

If you want to pay out of pocket I think you could but you know insurance etc... But I think they are kind of a pain like you have to lie in there like an hour with loud noises etc. apparently if you get an fmri for research they actually strap your head down...that would so creep me out...

Well I talked to my sister who has tmj. She recommends getting a mouth guard to put in at night. ****! It hurts! Between that and my ingrown nail and back pain I feel like I'm falling apart...

I've had an mri before I had back surgery. It was awful, I couldn't lay in there bc I was having muscle spasm after muscle spasm. My doc didn't give me ANYTHING for the pain. So we had to keep starting over. When the surgeon saw my mri he told me he yelled at my doc for not helping me sooner. He said it was the worst ruptured disc he had seen in 10 yrs. Was in surgery within a week...

Bc I didn't get the help sooner, now I have permanent damage. I just feel like crying, now I have this stupid jaw pain. Life completely sucks today!

Yeah but you had the mobility stuff and the headaches so that's a valid reason....I guarantee if I wanted one I could make up symptoms to fit something so it would be covered but you know guilt and poor lying ability and stuff...

The doc took my blood pressure today since I've been on blood pressure meds for a week and it was still 140-something over 100-something, even when she left me alone in the room. The good thing is she's going to fill out a form for me - since I'm on disability, hypertension is a condition that qualifies me for a special diet allowance, so I'll be able to afford to eat healthier. Kind of dumb that they don't pay it to healthy people so they don't GET sick, but oh well.

The doctor said cutting down on salt might help but right now I'm eating whatever I can get from the food bank so it's not a feasible option. He said my salt levels weren't high anyway, just average - and the blood results were old, from when I was on lithium. I was eating more salt then, because my pdoc told me to. The levels could be brought down a little bit, which I hope to do with the extra food money and a dietitian. My GP today said I might only need to be on the blood pressure meds for maybe a year, if I can get control of my diet and bring my blood pressure down.
