Yeah when I got off my meds I started getting cramps and PMS again...strangely the abilify made the whole experience very neutral and painless...

I would see the doc about it. Like junkdna said it might be tinnitus.

Ok so I found some arrows in my attic and I already own a bow so I set up a target outside and shot it. The next day the arrows are ruined. At least I'm taking archery classes at summer camp next week..

My son does when he doesn't take medication. I'm convinced it's a huge part of his problem.

I also had moderately severe insomnia from the time I was a child until I went on a low carb diet.

I've heard a ringing in my ears all the time since ... well, as far back as I can remember. It's tinnitus.

It sounds like tinnitus. I have buzzing and high pitched sounds too. Usually it sounds like cicadas. It doesn't bother me, because I've never known a time with complete silence. I've never seen a doctor about it. I hear that people who develop it later can find it very distracting or annoying.

It doesn't bother me much anyways, as I have had it as far back as I can remember. Since August it has been louder. That's what I meant by my first post.

i had a horrible nightmares last night. the first was was that i died in my dreams. i really thought i was dead and i just let go...i let myself die in my dream. i felt all my body functions shutting down and my mind was the last to go.

then i woke up very very very disturbed. then after an hour i was able to sleep again and i dreamed something sucked the blood out of both my arms and they were just hollow crevises and there were tiny holes in my arm from a parasite person sucking the blood out of them. they were all black inside - my arms.

Very scary.
I hate bad dreams.

yea i thought my medicine would help me with nightmares but overall my medicine hasnt been helping. i havent called my pdoc about it but i fear now that she might put me in hospital cuz nightmares isnt the only thing im having trouble with. im having voices and paranoia and thoughts of wanting to hurt myself and stuff.

i hate going to the hospital. but i havent been in 1.5 years. before that i was going every 3 months. so its huge progress for me to have been out of the hospital this long

Yoay have to consider raising the haldol or even talking to pdoc about another med. Too many symptoms still. My guess is your haldol is not high enough. See about raising it and taking the higher dose at night.

theres this blood pressure med called Prazosin (minipress) that helps with nightmares. i take 1mg twice a day. i still get occasional nightmares but its a lot less than i used to get

Symbolically death doesn't have to be a bad thing. Maybe it's a sign you're moving out of one phase of your life and into another. It can feel very scary, but it may end up being good.
