Yeah every e-cig I've bought has broken. It's so frustrating because I really do like e-cigs...

I'm so slow sometimes, but it's just came to me that I have rights and they can't come anywhere near me with that injection this week or even touch me.

Not that the police would do anything, but maybe the manager of the hospital would.

Don't you have some sort of treatment order that legally restricts your rights?

A CTO - but I think if I refuse, that means they would have to restrain me, but I'm not on a section, so if I don't consent - then they can't touch me, because its assault.

so i just dropped 140 bucks on an ecig and bought cigarettes to wean my self off at the same time. i hope this ecig works out

Don't know what you're preference is but I've been on rolling tobacco for the past few months, you tend not to smoke nearly as much, I'm finding it good for weaning myself off the smokes! That and it's cheaper and lasts longer than a box, not as nice though! Pack of Marlboro light would be a dream right now haha

So I just looked it up and they can basically hospitalize you if you refuse---its something called recall. So basically if you don't take it I think you will effectively be sectioned until you do and then they'll just let you go. I'm not totally familiar with this though because we do things differently over here.

KUREHA whats wrong with just taking the oral meds?

Yeah I've been recalled before - but I did get it at the hospital.
I've got to take a chance though.

Newtus - they won't give me them, they said it has to be a depot.

do you know how many milligrams the depot is and what med it is?

Does anyone here have a facebook account? and if you do, do you feel uncomfortable posting things and having pictures of yourself on there? I feel really worried about having so many people able to see things about me and I was wondering if anyone else gets this too?

i have a facebook. i dont post many pics of myself. i might post pics of my cat or a special drink i had from a coffee shop or something. but rarely of myself.

im slightly strict on who i add and i keep my facebook private unless someones on my friends list but i do feel slightly uncomfortable.

I do but I only have about 30 friends and most are family----mostly I post photos of things like flowers and stuff so I don't really care---sometimes I put links to cool stuff from the web----I think I have only like 3 or 4 pictures of me and they are limited to friends only so only a few people can see them. The thing is other people can post your pictures and you won't even know unless you are on facebook...

ive had that happen before. also my dad has a facebook and is very private. posts like an update 3-4 times a year or less and he had someone post a pic of him on there. i dont think he liked that.

im so bored. this whole week is going to be boring because i have nothing to do. next week is all doctors appts. what should i do?

Newtus - it's 25mg of risperidone, it's the starting dose, my doctor was going to increase, but she is meant to be changing it back to abilify, but she is taking forever to actually do it.

Bells - I have 2 pics of me on facebook - I don't post a lot though, I usually just share things.

I met with my occupational therapist today to figure out this classwork situation. In order to get the essay done in time, the goal is to read 50 pages of the book per day. That seems like a lot. I barely got through 20 yesterday. But I need to finish the book by Saturday, do the essay outline on Sunday, and then start working on the essay that's due next Thursday. I'm meeting with my OT on Monday to make sure I'm on track.

On the bright side, my pdoc says I'm doing very well right now. She's a little nervous that I'm on 3 antipsychotics, but since they all seem to help different things and seem to be working really well right now, I'm just going to stay on them for 6 months and then we can reduce.

I showed her the proof copy of my poetry book and she read a bit and said it was the best poetry she's ever read. She was probably exaggerating but it was nice.

i think if shes going to change it anyway then why not take the depot? i mean that would mean youd only be taking once MAYBE twice? am i right? until your doctor changes it?

Yeah, I had some family members on there. I didn't feel comfortable with them seeing some things I posted. So I hid what they could see.

Newtus - they are poisoning me with it and the more I refuse the faster she will change it - hopefully.

Man I am hearing knocking again---its so weird because it happens both at home and work at the same time but it seems to be actual knocking and not a hallucination but it occurs at meaningful times. It is so weird....

This describes my personality on the inside better than I could explain it... Sorry if I scared you...

Wild----do you have any bipolar symptoms? Not saying that's what you have but sometimes people can have psychosis with bipolar especially during the manic part...
