My mood has been rather up & down again today... thankfully more up this evening but I think I need a good nights sleep if things are to remain bearable...

Just taken some Promethazine, hopefully that will help.

I know how you feel... my friends had left after we graduated & I was all alone apart from seeing my folks every once in a while. That was when things got pretty bad for me... just remember, however bad things are, they will improve eventually. We're all here for you until then.

I'm de-compensating fast (I know I spelled that wrong) I opened up to someone on here about the abuse I went through in that organization. I haven't heard back from them.

Oh I can't believe how quickly I can get ptsd symptoms. I just took a risperdal, I'm thinking about taking a zyprexa. Pls, pls pray for me or just send me good vibes. I'm freaking out!!!!

Hello, I hope everyone is doing well.
I was looking through the school rules today and this is some stuff that I found. My photobucket is not working at the moment so i will just recite it:
"All students shall comply with reasonable directions or commands of all authorized District personnel or employees
All students shall comply with the directions of a staff member
No student shall refuse to identify one's self upon request of any district employee"
In my eyes i see that I pretty much need to do whatever they say, as they decide what is reasonable. And if I don't, then I have to tell them who I am so i can be "redirected".

Ok I'm calming down a bit. I just need to practice my grounding techniques. I need to distract. Focusing on it just doesn't help.

Zyprexa seems to have antidepressant properties. My mood and motivation improved on it. Before I started taking it I was really lazy and unmotivated to do anything and socialize. Antidepressants never really worked for my depressions so that makes me wonder if I really have depression. Antidepressants work for my obsessive thoughts though.
I think zyprexa has helped with my depression as well. There's something about that drug that helps with it.

I don't really like it. I love taco time though. What do you like at taco bell? Do you have a taco time there?

Never been to taco time. Actually never heard of it. Don't think we have it here in Ohio. I like to get the XXL burrito but I'll eat anything there since a lot of its stuff has the same ingredients.

I don't think I've ever had a burrito there. I've mainly just had the small nachos.

But I love taco time fried pinto and meat burritos.

I discovered the drug had antidepressant properties because I wasn't on any other medications when I was taking it.

It also gets rid of that awful agitation feeling that feels similar to akathisia. What makes it different is the lack of tension or discomfort in the legs. I feel it everywhere and it is deep. When I get like this I want to punch holes in walls and yell.

Tomorrow I will put a bunch of flyers throughout the school which say the same thing as my previous post, then on Monday I will come forward and use any potential punishment as evidence to support that they punished me for spreading truth. Then I will make flyers for that.

So I had my first hallucinations that where not hypnogogic or sleep deprecation. The spiders were everywhere all over the walls. I could see its legs moving (tiranchula) and then it ran along the wall, started getting transparent and then disappeared like all my visuals do. Then one of the spiders came towards me it looks so real and it turned into a guy walking on the kitchen tiles but he was the same size as the spider.

I'm sure it was the caffeine overdose yesterday or the zzzquil (A powerful deliriant) that I took before bed or the fact that I didn't take my meds in a while it's probably all three

Why is this fascinating? Because there's NO paranoia
