Yeah, I think don't push yourself. The therapist I did the cognitive processing therapy for my ptsd I went into just trusting her. We did the cognitive processing therapy but then a couple sessions later, she was like we're done. I wasn't even close to being done. I mean I had just done the exercise that you write out all the abuses you've been through. I so regret that. I completely opened up to her and then she says she's done. Seriously, wtf....

Yeah and when I said I'm not ready to be done she got annoyed. My peer counselor knows her and said she's notorious for it. She likes to give clients so many sessions and that's it. Doesn't seem to matter what the client feels.

What is giving you trouble sleeping do you think? You tried all the sleep hygiene stuff to see if it helps?

I think they should give clients as many sessions as they feel they need. If they don't feel they've had enough, how can they have had the impact that was intended y'know?

The mental health system is so far past broken it's not even funny. This isn't fair, you deserve way better treatment than that.

Must be a relief to hear. My folks only say negative things about my appearance since I put on the weight. We know, ok, no need to keep reminding us!

i told my new therapist i was trying to lose weight and she asked me what i was doing. i was very careful about what i said. all i said was i was watching what i was eating. i told her exercise didnt help me very much. but i DIDNT tell her i eating so little calories. i imagine she would tell my doctor or diagnose me with an eating disorder and have my doctor make me gain weight or something.

Haha yeah, I got up early enough today though, had to do some stuff in town. But it's usually around the early hours of the morn when I'm lurking around these forums!

Been watching any more Invader Zim?

Samurai Jack was cool alright! Very quirky. I just love Gir so much in Invader Zim, he's brilliant, and it's so dark. Made for kids but definitely not for kids :P

Oh I loved invader zim! When it was on nickelodeon my step dad watched it with me and he was like, "This is a kids show?".
Thanks for this!

C'mon... it's all about SpongeBob SquarePants, or if you want to go old school... the Clangers.

Yeah completely. Just put more of a bad moth for therapists. I'm hoping this new one I'm getting works out.

Nothing much. I'm having a very lazy day today. Watching Bones while my mom sleeps.

Same here with the lazy day. Just had toast and milk. Took a good nap. I'm just sleeping when I can.
