does anyone save face with family? its terrible. i absolutely hate it.

save face

(idiomatic) To take an action or make a gesture intended to preserve one's reputation or honour.
He tried to make reparations to those he had injured, partly to save face.

Yeah what sometimes psychotic said. I don't think we get them here either. Omg, I looked them up, they are huge! I love animals but I would be completely freaked out by those!

Poor junkdna.

@junkdna i was bitten by 3 wolf spiders since i moved out to the county/rural. 2 bit me in 1 summer. one bit me on the elbow and another on my calf. the bite on my elbow hardened and the skin fell off in a circle shape.

im scared bc i feel like theres shady things going on in this complex and i dont feel safe here.t says its paranoia. i am reading the letter he wrote me and trying to distract n stuff. but i cant stop feeling afraid. the letter he wrote me last wk tells me that things can seem very real and a true bc my shot is running out and that he cares abt me and supports me and that i should take prns. it helps to read it but then something happens to trigger the anxiety again and i go back into a tailspin

Well I think you should just keep rereading the letter over and over again. Is the invega helping at all?

ive read the letter like 15 times today. im going to keep reading it. the invega is helping but it seems like something happens and it triggers all the anxiety again. i took my nite meds and ive locked toby and me in my bedroom. i have the letter and moosolini and toby and my heated blanket. right now i feel a little better bc i figured out that i can lock the bedroom door.it makes me feel safer

Well it's cold in here again today. Too bad. The past few days were comfortable in my apartment without a ton of layers on. Now I'm already starting to layer. And it's dark too.

And now I'm getting very depressed. Just nothingness. And I'm pissed off reading what people write about sufferers of sz.

Well I didn't get a chance to talk to the nurse, just got my injection.
I don't have any appointments with her either, I don't suppose it really matters, it's not like she can stop them turning against me.

I'm happy about it, I didn't have many friends, I only had 1, so it's nice.

Newtus - yeah they have.

I don't know what to do with my Facebook, sure the police can hack me any time, but now it's going to be legal for them to access my account. I don't like that.
