My diet is going well. I'm eating about 1000 calories and going for an hours brisk walk a day. I've lost 3lbs already so I'm happy. I'm using the my fitness pal app to regulate how much I eat. It's a really good app. Just 8lbs more to go till I'm at my goal weight

Just me - that's really good.

So I was talking to someone on Facebook, turns out he was just making fun of me, everyone is talking about me behind my back and turning against me.

My friends haven't though.

On the highest dose of the abilify injection and I'm still taking the liquid, but that means nothing to my doctor

When you overdose on the stuff you have, you don't just dream though. It's actually miserable and your body twists up. But I will hold my tongue since it does no good anyway.
