Benadryl can help it. Oh I hate akathisia, worst thing ever...Sorry you're going through it.

When I would get it I would have to wait it out. But I also had drugs to calm it down. Try the benadryl....

It's pretty bad today. Most days it bothers me but I can cope with it. Today it's awful. I just poured a liqueur. Maybe it will calm my body. But the noise from downstairs just started up and it's making me worse.

I would ask your doctor for congentin and inderal and use the benadryl.

My akathisia would be very severe even the meds didn't help much. I just ended up off them.

Are you pacing and all that? I would pace and pace. Then when I'd stop I'd feel like I was gonna fall through the floor. So I would pace again. And my mouth and face would get all weird. It would go on for hours. I couldn't handle it anymore...

hm...ive lost almost 25 pounds and i still wear the same pant size. :/

why does everyone online remember all the bad parts about me and use it against me but never say a thing about my accomplishments and successes and use those to help me? thats screwed up.

I'm drunk on the most minute amount of alcohol I've ever seen. I have to start drinking water. Usually I do have benadryl but today I was taking hydroxyzine. Maybe that's the difference.

well by some miracle i got my shot today but we had to go to the ER to do it and i was scared. but i got the shot. so i made it. im glad i got it and im not in the ER anymore i was so scared of all those new people and the doctor man and that he was touching me ugh. its over now. now i can relax

Can they just schedule your shots closer together?

well the issue is my insurance wont pay for it until certain dates. and its like 2k out of pocket. so usually it starts to wear off and ihave to take PRNS till insurance agrees to pay for the shot. i got it on the 5th of december and this month i got it 5 days early. the clinic i use to get my shots now is closed til monday. so we found out insurance will pay for it today but the clinic was closed so we had to go to the ER

i like hugging toby and i am ok with being home by myself for new years. i went to the programs campus and ate a surf and turf dinner with 2 friends.

the hospital was triggering cuz they put me in the same room they put me in 2 yrs ago when T committed me. and the doctor was touching me and stuff and everyone was asking questions and they didnt know what my shot was so it was just really intense. but now i am home and i can hug toby all night

I wasn't sure....I never watch it anymore because it's the wrong time zone here....I used to love it.....it was the highlight.....

in dallas they show the Times Square one but dallas has its own celebration called Big D NYE. lol
