I'm not too bad. I don't really feel like going out today it doesn't quite feel safe. I have an essay that I need to finish too and I'm not really in the mood but it has to be in by tomorrow.

I understand that, and good luck with your essay!

I'm good, looking forward to going to group tomorrow. Haven't been out of the house much lately. I did go to the library though on Saturday and got some books, which I'll be reading today

Thanks good luck with group. What sort of things do you talk about in group? I've never heard of group for psychosis before only for things like bpd

It's just a group you can get referred to in the clinic I go to for anybody struggling with any disorder. There's some people with Bipolar, ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective. It's a small group, I'm the youngest at age 20, then there's a 27 year old guy I think then a few more people that are much older than us. A therapist that works at the clinic runs it, it's Tuesdays and Thursdays for 3 hours each day. We just go around the table and each talk about what's going on in our lives, offer support etc and then do arts and crafts or something like that. I've been going for about a year now It's nice especially for people who don't really have friends and don't get out of the house much.

Cool it sounds like a good idea. I tried going to an art group once but I was by far the youngest there and it made me feel uncomfortable. I'd love to have a friend around my age who went through similar things to me that I could talk to. I only have one friend and they have bipolar so they can't really relate. Having a friend with psychosis would be great.

Bp ppl can have psychosis. I've had 2 psychotic breaks and times when I've been extremely paranoid and delusional. I haven't ever hallucinated though.

Bipolar is usually accompanied with psychosis either mania with psychosis or psychotic depression which I've both had many times and it gets confused for ADHD but I'm done with labels for now tbh

Yeah mine was pretty clear cut. I went 5 days without eating or sleeping. Long long story but ended up in the hospital. I could literally feel my mind break from reality. It was a very terrifying psychosis. I thought the drs everyone wasn't safe. That ppl were spying on me in the hospital, all kinds of stuff. It took like 5 days for them to get me to sleep. Then 3 more days to come back to reality. Then I left (against their advice) but ended back in the hospital bc I was still very manic. But yeah you're correct.

How are u?

I'm doing good ^^ trying to get my grade 12 English course done by next month because I'm a bit behind. I'm behind because I missed the grade 11 class for first hospitalization. I feel like my memory is really bad or I just don't want to remember the trauma because I had my worst panic attack in the same hospital.

Good news is that I'm taking my concerta as prescribed ^^ lets just hope my psychiatrist believes that in not addicted..

Yeah, maybe that's what is going on. Idk, but yeah my sleep cycle gets really turned around a lot. I get on track, then slowly get off track again.

Sorry Toby kept you up. Good luck with work.

Well just continue taking it as prescribed. Everything will work out much better if you do.

So I went for a walk to the other dimension. I felt really unsafe and watched on the way there. The crows are still watching me. One was sat guarding the park. I don't know what to do

Hi everyone again.. will try to sound as rational and understandable as possible. I dont know how to start but...Upon hearing the news that the possibility of moving out of the neighborhood is very low/almost impossible(
Option 1: balloting with 3% success rate for sales of balance flat(for leftover houses),
Option 2: Apply for a newly built hse and patiently wait for 2,3 years),

These are the words from my town's senator who previously made a futile effort to assist us to secure a flat, though she is willing to make a 2nd attempt to write a letter to try to make an exception for our case, it all sounds like a half assed effort, i dont know.

I lost it by then. It felt like the society has further stacked the deck against me, shoving the reality right down my throat, expecting me to accept and come to terms with it, i want to avoid living beside/with these creatures, else, i would lose control.

Didn't you stop your meds recently? Maybe this is a relapse?
