I stopped taking mine a couple of months ago because I was fine and didn't think I needed them. So far I'm doing fine

I was off for 9 months after an extended taper off...I relapsed despite zero symptoms those 9 months. I didn't end up in the psych ward it was a lot less dramatic than that, I just went back on meds. It helped me to be off cognitively so I think it was good to go off despite the relapse but everyone is different but your mileage may vary.

It comes and goes... my main problem is when it's bad, I find it hard to settle down & that wouldn't fit with getting a job. I do have some procyclidine which helps a little but tends to give me a dry mouth & sometimes a headache so it's not ideal.

I think the only problem with Benadryl is it'll knock me out taking an anti-histamine on top of my meds although I wouldn't know until I tried... certainly happened with other brands when I was using them just for allergies on top of only my Citlalopram.

As for Pokémon Yellow, that was the last game Pokémon game I had before getting a 3DS & Pokémon X recently. Such an improvement... blew me away.

Btw it's a good time to get a 3DS now because a new one is coming out in a month or so, so prices will be falling & I bet loads will sell their old 3DS on eBay or whatever.

I'm really stressed about today, when I eventually get to my friend, I'll feel a bit better, they won't kill me when I'm with her, well they could easily, but there will be more of a mess.

Are the crows still an issue or did that go away?

My friend can't meet today, kind of glad in a way, but I'm still anxious so I don't understand.

Yeah they're still an issue but I just think the meds were masking the truth. I feel free when I'm off them. Even though I feel scared a lot

Feeling really irritable today. The puppy is really peeing me off because she keeps biting me and whining when I won't give her attention. Stuck with her for a full day. Least I'm on my own.

ive been up since 1:30am.

i forgot to take my sleeping meds.
i played my heart out on pokemon x and finished it.
then i did a little bit of school.
then played a bit of the new pokemon game. omega ruby. got tired of it.
then i did a bit more of school. but there was really nothing to do cuz it was the first day.
and i was just so tired i fell asleep with half of my body on my bed and my legs hanging off the side of the bed.
but being the insomniac i am it doesnt matter how tired i am ill still barely sleep.
so i woke up at 1:30am and been playing the new pokemon game ever since then. well just stopped playing at 8am.
and am like halfway finished with the game already.

im not that tired right now. but im a bit worried tho ...cuz when i dont get my sleep i get extreme anxiety and bad paranoia. sometimes hallucinations.

I dont get whats their gripe with me. All i am doing is just staying put, be quiet and keep to myself as usual, but i can still hear some nearby weird sounds, laughter or conversations in reference to me.
Overall today felt quite uncomfortable despite staying home, esp the tight feeling around my throat and the anxiety that comes along with it.

I pulled an all-nighter and I'm still not tired. Lol. I expect I'll crash eventually, I'm going on nothing but coffee.
Thanks for this!

I don't even know how Prozac 80mg can STOP my anxiety dead cold. I don't think I even have a physical fear response anymore.

Newtus try lexapro cuz citalopram max dose has been decreased from 80mg to 60mg due to heart palpitations like ventricular fibrillations. Lexapro can go as high as 40mg used to be 20mg so 5mg x 8 doses lexapro vrs 20mg x 3 doses citalopram.

Same with Prozac in England as it has been decreased from 80mg to 60mg but not in Canada.

I'm just weirded out as to why Prozac didn't work for your anxiety. For me 40mg worked within a week or two. Otherwise I'd be hooked on max dose Klonopin already.
Thanks for this!

Yeah 20mg of Citalopram has done wonders for my anxiety... that's not to say I don't occasionally get a little anxious but still. Took about 3 months to take full effect for me. I'm sure if I'd gone up to 40mg as I was supposed to I'd be totally free.

Good morning guys! First time posting over here, new to the site in general as well. I was diagnosed with SZA and have been prescribed Abilify, I don't really want to take it, because my symptoms aren't that bad yet IMO. But I do have some serious things going on that I have no one else to talk to or even open up to other than my new therapist, because I'm too paranoid and the voices won't make it easy for me to tell people. Does anyone know the rate of medicated vs nonmedicated users on here?
Thanks for this!
