That's awesome, west coast is prettier in my opinion, because there's not so much city and noise all over.

Yeah I've been down there it's really nice---one of their favorite things is to hang out in a beach bar and listen to live music or go on a dolphin cruise....aside from watching the sunset every night. Florida is a nice place to hang out

I wish I could go to Florida and live on the beach. The problem is there are always spiders everywhere.

My anxiety just isn't getting better.

How's everyone today?

I got up late but got my walk in and am now about to get stuck in to clean my room, it needs it... badly. Going to start taking my meds in the evening as opposed to at night, way too groggy in the morning to do anything.

Hope you're all well!

Hopefully with the Spring/Summer nearly here your anxiety will get better as you'll be able to go out more and enjoy the sun! I'm sorry you're not doing too good at the moment

I hate it when spiders invade my space, I try to not stand under trees for too long. But the spiders here are pretty lazy. But God forbid one get in my car, I might cause an accident.

So I'm chewing nicotine gum with an inhaler. I'm going to get the 14mg nicotine patch and see if I don't need a few zyprexa

I met with Social Security today...feeling less than optimistic but we'll see I guess.

Otherwise I'm just really cold. This winter can bang off already.

near the end of our session with T i heard this noise . it cant really describe it. i asked T if he heard and he said no. he said what he did hear- the cars, the water sound machine, his computer. but he didnt hear what i heard. when i got home i texted him and asked him if he thought it was a hallucination. he said he wasnt sure but to pay attention to whether it happens again. he said dont worry about it though. maybe it was just something random. im not that worried i guess. it was just weird cuz i really thought he was hearing it too

Looking good!

I opened a small bottle of wine. There's got to be relief from this anxiety.

No just agitated. My psychiatrist calls it physical anxiety but I think it's agitation. I have my 14mg nicotine patch on and the zyprexa is kicking in now.
