i noticed abt an hour ago i was talking to myself and i was talking with this loud thought like person that is in my head. like legit convos. then i remembered i forgot to take my that pill at 3.pm. i wonder if this is normal?? im thinking its not. cuz i just remember starting doing it like an hour ago. i took a prn so i will see what that does. im scared thsi is the beginning of voices. i havent heard voices in a really long time. and i dont wanna hear them ever again!!!!!! im dumb i forgot to take that pill. its totally my fault. i should be on top of this ****

heard a helicopter pass py and for the first time in ling time got very paranoid that the helicopter was following me

i went outside to smoke and there was a very affectionate cat out there. he was really pretty. i think he was a siamese. he rubbed all over me. he was so affectionate. i told him my kitty is more stand offish. i asked him where his momma was. i think its my neighbors cat. i heard her out there calling for something. then she left. shes still gone. i think he got left outside. i hope his momma comes home soon. it makes me sad hes out there by himself w.o his mommy

That sounds a lot like the internal voices that I had....it helps if you can program your phone alarm as a pill timer even the non smart phones have alarms...

i dont even think its bc i didnt take that pill . so idk. bc i took one last night? ummm fudge. T said to try to relax and use prns and it will be ok. i hope hes right!!!!

Maybe not if you keep taking your pills on schedule and taking your prns it might just go away quite easily.....everything is time dependent.....it will just take a little time to stabilize....

i took a sweroquel bc i need to calm down. im kinda freaking out. just scared. seroquel will calm me down and make me sleepy. so i can go to bed easily
