He/she is rescued, mission complete. I wish I could've gotten a better picture, he was really pretty. But I didn't want to give him a heart attack.

Morning everyone. Hoping everyone has a better day today.
Slept okay...taking my other meds with the Ambien seems to have helped a little bit. It took me less time to fall asleep so I guess that's good. I wish it worked better, I hate being in bed thinking about everything.

Anyone have something exciting going on today? I'm bringing the kids for ice cream lol that's the highlight of my day
 I'm also planning on cleaning up my bedroom...it's a disaster. I go through stages of not putting away my laundry and then I have a room full of clean clothes. I really need to do that but my motivation is low.

I've felt lonely too sometimes. It's not like I'm best friends with my hallucinations. It's peaceful when they're gone. Though, I can see how someone may feel lonely when their voices stop talking to them. Since I moved in with my dad my mental health has gotten better. I'm in company with more positive people, I have people to talk to most of the time even though I'm not much of a talker lol, and over all I'm doing more stuff to keep my mind occupied. In like the first time in forever I've felt pretty happy.
